Dear Students,

The end-of-semester (final) exams for the 2023-2024 Fall Semester are scheduled to take place between January 29, 2024, and February 4, 2024.

In accordance with the decision of the Higher Education Council (YÖK) Executive Board dated September 14, 2022, all exams, including midterm, final, makeup, and resit exams for our Institute, including distance education programs, will be conducted face-to-face on the campus. Projects, assignments, essay works, etc., which are not exam-related, will also not be collected from the virtual campus; instead, they will be submitted in person on the campus with a signature.

Considering the situations of students living and working outside the city, regular classes will be scheduled to parallel the weekdays and times of the week, while all distance education classes are planned to take place on Sunday, February 4, 2024.
